Reclaiming Yourself
A 6-Week Women’s Circle for Self-Exploration & Personal Growth
There comes a point in many women’s lives when they realize they’ve spent years showing up for everyone else — family, work, relationships — and somewhere along the way, parts of themselves were quietly set aside.
Reclaiming Yourself is a 6-week women’s circle designed to create intentional space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.
While the group includes supportive conversation, the heart of this experience is deep self-exploration. Each week will incorporate guided meditation, somatic awareness exercises, reflective journaling, and meaningful discussion in a small group environment.
Together we will explore themes such as identity, intuition, boundaries, life transitions, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been lost in the roles you carry.
This circle is ideal for women who feel disconnected from themselves, are navigating a life transition, or simply feel ready to reconnect with their own voice and inner wisdom.
